Longsilog is Longganisa (garlicky sausage) + Itlog (fried egg) + sinangang (fried garlice) “Silog” is a staple Filipino breakfast meal made out of garlic fried rice (sinangag) and fried egg (itlog) paired with meat or fish as the main dish.
